Turnaround
Highlight films typically deliver in around 12 days. Longer projects are quoted per project, with a specific date agreed in writing before any footage moves. If we're ever going to be late, you hear it from us first, not from your couple.
Revisions
One full round included on every project, via timestamped comments. If we've genuinely missed your style, that's not a revision. That's our mistake, and we fix it.
Confidentiality
100% white-label. NDA on request. We never showcase your film without written permission.
Your footage
Yours, always. We keep it for a window after delivery to cover revisions, then it's purged. Keep your own backups too; we'll remind you.
Communication
One point of contact. Average reply time of 0 to 4 hours, including in peak season.
Software
Adobe Premiere Pro, exclusively. The same NLE most professional wedding studios use, so project files open cleanly in your setup.
